The AI-native web build process

Hour 0-1: Discovery + design direction

We analyze the client's industry, competitors, and target audience. AI generates 3-5 design directions — color palettes, typography pairings, layout concepts. We pick the strongest one (or combine elements) and lock it in.

Hour 1-4: Content generation

This is where AI shines. We generate all the copy — headlines, service descriptions, about text, CTAs, meta descriptions. But not generic copy. AI reads the client's existing content, reviews, and competitor sites to write copy that's specific to their business.

Hour 4-6: AI image generation

We use Gemini's image generation (Nano Banana Pro) to create custom hero images, service illustrations, and background elements. No stock photos. Every image is generated specifically for this client's brand and industry.

Hour 6-18: Build + deploy

We code the site in Next.js — not WordPress, not Wix, not Squarespace. Real code, real performance. Mobile-first responsive design, SEO setup, analytics integration, contact forms, WhatsApp buttons. Then deploy to Vercel.

Hour 18-24: QA + handoff

Cross-browser testing, mobile testing, Lighthouse performance audit (we target 95+), final copy review, and domain configuration. The client gets a live URL and a walkthrough.
